About these terms
These terms apply to every order placed on this store, operated by Wadooo Collection, Samanabad, Lahore, Pakistan.
By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Prices and currency
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery and any cash-handling charges are shown separately at checkout.
We may change prices at any time. The price you see at checkout is the price that applies to your order.
Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Specifications, materials and measurements come from the manufacturer or supplier.
Product photographs are provided by the manufacturer or supplier. Colours may look slightly different on different screens.
If a product arrives materially different from its description, it is covered by our Refund and Return Policy.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm your order by SMS or email. We may cancel an order if:
- the product is out of stock
- there is an error in the price or description
- we cannot verify your delivery address or phone number
- we suspect fraudulent activity
If we cancel a prepaid order, you receive a full refund.
Payment
Cash on Delivery is available on most local products. You pay the courier when the parcel reaches you.
Imported items require advance payment. This is clearly marked on the product page.

Returns
Return terms are set out in our Refund and Return Policy.
Stock
Product availability changes. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to offer a replacement or a refund.
Our liability
We are responsible for delivering the product you ordered in the condition described. We are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, weather, strikes or public emergencies.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Pakistani consumer law.
Misuse of the store
You may not use our store for unlawful purposes, place fraudulent orders, or interfere with the website's operation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
