Where is my parcel?
You'll have received a tracking number by SMS or email once it was dispatched. If you can't find it, send us your order number on WhatsApp and we'll check.
Something arrived wrong or broken
Tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Response times
We reply to every message within one working day. WhatsApp is usually much faster. If you've written and not heard back, please write again — it means we didn't receive it.
