Our return window
You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if it:
- has a quality or manufacturing defect
- arrived damaged
- is not the product you ordered
- does not match the description on our product page
What is not covered
- Change of mind after 7 days
- Products damaged through use, misuse or accident after delivery
- Items returned without their original packaging or accessories
- Minor colour differences caused by screen settings or photography lighting
How to start a return
Message us on WhatsApp at +92 337 6746476 within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or a short video of the problem
- A short description of what is wrong
We will reply within one working day and arrange the return.
Return shipping cost
If the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover the return shipping. You will not be charged.
For change-of-mind returns, contact us first. We will tell you honestly what is possible before you send anything back, including who pays the return shipping.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and checked, refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days.
Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer, EasyPaisa or JazzCash to the account you provide.
Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method.
Where the fault is ours, we refund the original delivery charge as well.
Replacements
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, tell us when you contact us. Replacements depend on stock availability. If the product is unavailable, we will refund you.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number as soon as possible.
Once a parcel has been handed to the courier, it cannot be cancelled. You can refuse delivery, or return it under this policy if it qualifies.
Warranty
Warranty depends on the product and the manufacturer. Where a warranty applies, it is stated on the product page. Our 7-day return window applies to every order regardless of warranty.
