Where we deliver

Wadooo Collection delivers across Pakistan. We do not currently ship outside Pakistan.

Delivery times

Local stock: usually 2 to 5 working days from the day your order is dispatched.

Imported items: 10 to 17 days, as these are shipped from overseas. Imported products are clearly marked on their product page before you order.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, public holidays and courier delays can add time. If your parcel is taking longer than expected, message us on WhatsApp at +92 337 6746476 with your order number and we will check its status.

Couriers

We dispatch through TCS, Leopards and PostEx. The courier is chosen based on your location and the product.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Where a cash-handling charge applies to Cash on Delivery, it is included in the total you see. Nothing is added afterwards.

Tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched, you receive a tracking number by SMS or email. You can follow it on the courier's website.

Order processing

Orders are processed on working days. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are processed on the next working day.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please check your address and phone number before confirming your order. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because nobody was available to receive it, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A second delivery charge may apply.

Failed Cash on Delivery attempts

If you refuse a Cash on Delivery parcel without a valid reason, we may ask for advance payment on future orders.
