Do I need to pay before delivery?
No. All our products are available on Cash on Delivery — you pay the courier when the parcel reaches you.
Where do you deliver?
All across Pakistan. We ship through TCS, Leopards and PostEx.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered in 3 to 5 working days. Weather, public holidays and courier delays can sometimes add time.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free all over Pakistan. The total is shown at checkout before you confirm your order — there are no hidden charges added later.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your parcel is dispatched you receive a tracking number by email or SMS, and you can follow it on the courier's website.
Returns and refunds
Can I return something?
Yes — within 7 days of delivery, if the product has a quality issue, is damaged, or is not what was described.
What if the product is faulty or wrong?
Message us on WhatsApp at +92 337 6746476 within 7 days with your order number and clear photos or a short unboxing video of the item. Once the problem is confirmed, we arrange a free return, replacement or refund. You will not be charged for returning a faulty or incorrect product.
Can I return something just because I changed my mind?
No. Our 7-day return window covers only items that are faulty, damaged, wrong or not as described. We cannot accept returns for change of mind, so please check the size, colour and description before ordering — or ask us on WhatsApp first and we will help you choose.
How long does a refund take?
Once the returned item is received and checked, refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days.

We list products exactly as they are. Specifications, materials and measurements on our product pages come from the manufacturer or supplier. Wadooo Collection does not use fake reviews or invented claims.
Is there a warranty?
Warranty depends on the product and the manufacturer. Where a warranty applies, it is stated on the product page. Our 7-day return window applies to every order regardless.
